Since 1953, Fama Industrie has been producing specialized machines for the foodservice industry.
It approached Rend with a request to work on the redesign of a professional vegetable cutter for professional kitchens.
Elite Vegetable Cutter.
Building on the previous model, we refined not only the aesthetics but also the ergonomics, while preserving the product’s mechanical systems. A series of design considerations were also introduced to support the subsequent technical development.
From the earliest stages of aesthetic development, key technical constraints were carefully analyzed and subsequently translated into the product development process, resulting in a final outcome meticulously refined in every detail, achieving a perfect balance between functionality and aesthetics.
Constructed primarily from AISI 304 stainless steel, we redesigned the opening and disassembly systems of the various product components in order to maintain, as much as possible, a clean and simple aesthetic linearity.
